Jillian has been teaching our two teenagers and one younger child how to play guitar, ukulele, and piano. Two of them even sing while playing. Her approach is unique in that she allows the kids to choose the music they want to play, all while making sure it's appropriate for their skill level and instrument. From Christian to country, pop to classical, our children have been exposed to a wide range of genres. Not only is Jillian a talented musician herself, but she possesses a gift for teaching music theory to children of all ages. She's able to hear even the smallest mistakes and immediately correct them. Jillian motivates our children to practice and prepares them for each lesson. Her refreshing personality is uplifting and has given our children the confidence to perform for others. We've been incredibly blessed by her and love the music that fills our home thanks to her teachings.
