I scheduled this appointment a day prior!
I am not going to disclose the name of the company responsible for installing my new roof, however, I must say that their service was extremely poor. They removed the completely functional gutter screens, installed the new roof, filled the gutters with debris, and placed new gutter screens on top of it, which resulted in old roof pieces getting stuck inside. To make matters worse, my plants had started to grow through the screens, and the gutters were not functioning properly.
JV was supposed to arrive at a specific time today, however, they informed me that they were running late and arrived within the next time slot. Once they finished, it took around one and a half hours and they had to remove an insane amount of debris from the clogged gutters.
I highly recommend their services! Thank you so much!
