We felt very let down and disappointed after realizing that out of a thousand photos, we were unable to select even 50 that included our entire bridal party, both families or even us as a couple, in my dress. The majority of the photographs seemed to be merely test shots taken by his assistant, multiple pre-wedding shots or shots of the ground. To make matters worse, we were working on a tight budget and when we informed him of our difficulty in narrowing down our selection, he was unresponsive and eventually charged us more for selecting 30 additional photographs. It's been a year now and we still haven't received any finished photos, leaving us regretful for paying upfront. This experience has taught us a valuable lesson at an expensive cost. Our wedding day memories are nothing but unfinished pictures lying in our email.
