Klein Building and Design provided us with an exceptional experience! Bill's responsiveness, valuable insights, and guidance throughout the entire process were greatly appreciated. Our 1930s home was updated by framing out an existing opening for a set of French doors, a task that Bill completed with great care. Despite warnings of potential delays in material procurement due to nationwide shortages, everything arrived on time, allowing for an earlier completion than anticipated. The final outcome exceeded our expectations, with our new doors seamlessly matching the existing moldings/trim of our home. My deck was built incorrectly less than two months ago. To my dismay, the builder used nails on the decking instead of the screws I requested. As a result, the boards and nails are constantly coming loose and I will need to replace the entire decking soon. Despite confronting the builder about his mistake, he blamed me for not specifying screws in writing. Although his estimate listed screws as the fasteners of choice, his actions were intentionally deceitful. I paid $3000 for a deck that is only worth $1000, and it will cost an additional $1500 to fix his mistake. I strongly advise against hiring these people.
