My encounter with JHD was absolutely delightful. I had the task of arranging a graduation/send-off celebration for my MBA group, and we opted to host the occasion at a classmate's residence. Marylyn was incredibly punctual and exhibited exceptional attention to detail, ensuring that we had all the necessary equipment and that it was operational at both the main and backup rain locations. Since this was a school event, we had to adhere to specific regulations regarding how the event was run (such as having a licensed bartender and a set budget), and Marylyn was very cooperative in accommodating these requests. The event staff (chef, assistants, bartender) were lovely and interacted with the guests in an amiable manner. Whenever someone accidentally spilled or dropped something on an uneven surface, there was always someone available within a minute to offer a replacement snack or beverage. The food was scrumptious, and numerous guests even broke their diets to savor the delectable bacon-wrapped dates. After the event concluded, everything was tidied up and restored to its original condition. If I ever have the opportunity to arrange another gathering, I would undoubtedly opt for the services of JHD again!

Excited to reunite with friends after two pandemic-ridden years, my husband and I eagerly planned a Holiday Party, determined to make it an unforgettable affair. Although I loved hosting parties, I felt a bit rusty after such a long hiatus. Wanting to create a phenomenal menu, I searched for ideas online and called various businesses for guidance. Unfortunately, my first inquiry ended fruitlessly, so I called Juste Hors D’oeuvres and Much More for assistance. To my pleasant surprise, I spoke with Marylyn, the founder, owner, and chef of the company. Marylyn posed the right questions about our party, and I appreciated the opportunity to inquire about her services. Her expertise, friendly personality, and attentive approach made her an ideal fit for our party, and I knew from that moment, Marylyn and her team would exceed our expectations. Despite having never tasted Marylyn's menu, nor having received any firsthand accounts of her services, I trusted her completely. Marylyn worked closely with me to design the perfect menu, help select necessary rental items, and determine the appropriate number of staff for our 80-guest event. Our chefs cooked to perfection, our bartender made excellent drinks, and the entire staff was efficient and friendly. Our partygoers had a great time, enjoying the passed hors d’oeuvres, slider, and flatbread stations, and our signature drinks crafted by Danielle. Thanks to Marylyn and her team, our guests had the perfect kickoff to their holiday season. Betti, Mike, and all of our friends are grateful for a job well done!

Our wedding was flawlessly catered by Marylyn and her team! The food, beef in particular, was a hit among our hard-to-please guests who had nothing but praises for it.
