Greetings to Just B Coz Fitness! I am convinced that to attain better health and aesthetics, one must assertively concentrate on strength training. During our sessions, we will concentrate on escalating your general strength. Why, you may ask? It is due to the fact that sturdy bodies perform better and blaze through fat more efficiently than frail ones. Most individuals think losing "weight" is the key when in reality shedding fat is what's necessary. Robust bodies appear "toned" and leaner; thus increasing strength outweighs the reduction of weight. Your body will slim down in inches, not weight, generating optimal feelings and an enhanced appearance for living within a robust frame. Everything is more desirable when strength is prominent!

Coach B truly practices what he preaches as a Strength Coach. He comprehends and teaches the significance of weightlifting to fulfill our personal fitness objectives. During my personal training certification, I trained with Brandon. At first, I did not have the intention of lifting heavy weights. I aspired to gain more knowledge about the human body so that I could better assist my group fitness classes. Training with Brandon transformed my mindset, and now I adore lifting heavy weights (albeit not as heavy as Brandon's weights! LOL). Brandon is meticulous about form and establishing fundamental strength, which is crucial to becoming stronger over time and avoiding injuries. Regardless of your objective, whether it is to develop endurance, build your body, or anything in between, Brandon is the coach you need to build your strength.

I was familiar with Brandon's dedication to personal fitness before becoming his client. During lunch breaks, I would go to the cafeteria while he headed to the gym. When I decided to get in shape, I knew Just B Coz Fitness would be the perfect fit. Brandon is knowledgeable and practices what he preaches. But, please don't bring your fast food leftovers or eat cookies during workouts! Brandon is equally devoted to helping his clients reach their fitness goals. He ensures proper form to prevent injury, takes playlist requests, and motivates without being pushy. Brandon is punctual, tailors workouts to fit individual needs, and accommodates schedules as much as possible. Despite not being from the West Coast, I strongly recommend his services. In fact, I referred a friend who is now my workout partner.
