The conversation and dumpster drop-off went smoothly. We successfully cleared out the garage and backyard of unwanted items. However, there was an issue with the payment as they required a $250 upfront fee instead of the previously mentioned $175 deposit.

Despite being a small task, the team provided timely updates on their estimated arrival and efficiently completed the job within 30 minutes. They even cleaned up after themselves and were friendly enough to offer helpful suggestions for future disposal concerns. Although there was some initial confusion between Junk Kings' representatives regarding liquid waste disposal, they promptly resolved the issue. Communication over the phone was prompt and efficient.
