Jumpin Jades remained responsive throughout the entire process - from offering their estimate to checking in before the event to determine whether we were moving forward in case of inclement weather. The occasion was an aquatically themed 8th birthday party for a young boy, and the children went wild for the slide, which was unquestionably the highlight of the festivities.

Working with Jumpin Jades was an amazing experience! The huge inflatable house was a massive success at my son's fifth birthday celebration over the weekend! The team was delightful, prompt, and exhibited a high level of professionalism. Prior to use, Shaun explained crucial guidelines and restrictions for operating the house. During pickup, the Jumpin Jades team observed that the children were still thoroughly enjoying themselves and allowed them to continue bouncing for a little while longer, surpassing the scheduled pickup time. I was extremely grateful for this! I intend on utilising their services again for upcoming events without hesitation!

JumpinJades provided us with a water slide rental. Our experience with their customer service was outstanding and the price was affordable. The installation and removal of the slide was effortless.
