Greetings everyone! My name is Julia and I am a certified yoga instructor for both 200 and 500 hours. My teaching experience ranges from group classes to private sessions which focuses on various styles of yoga, namely vinyasa, yin, restorative, hatha, power yoga, as well as meditation instruction. Prior to each private session, I will personally customize the session to your needs and goals.
My additional certification is in Yoga for Trauma & Addiction, which can be included in your private session if you require it. I am passionate about utilizing yoga to alleviate symptoms of mental illness. As someone who personally battles with anxiety and depression, I guarantee a non-judgmental and safe environment during all our sessions.
