Finding Juan has been such a joyous event! His communication skills were remarkable and he was never once late. Juan skillfully replaced my bathroom vanity light and expertly patched and moved the electric box. Moreover, he tackled the daunting task of replacing an old faucet and drain, which required great expertise. In addition, he was proactive and went out of his way to purchase the necessary parts we needed from Home Depot. Juan also removed the ceiling fan, seamlessly patched the drywall, relocated the electrical box, and installed a new light fixture in its place. I highly recommend him! I've already started compiling a list of future projects that we'd like to accomplish with his help. :)

Juan was employed to cover certain sections of our roof on a temporary basis owing to significant water damage caused by the recent series of rainstorms. The roofers who will eventually renovate the roof cannot come in for another two weeks, so we wish to ensure that the roof remains secured until that time. He arrived punctually and with all of the requisite materials, working rapidly and effectively. The true gauge of his work, however, will be if and when we experience another rainstorm prior to repairing the roof, but I have faith in his efforts.

Juan was hired to provide tiling services for our bathroom, kitchen, and kitchen backsplash, and we were extremely impressed with the quality of his work. The finished product looks absolutely amazing (check out the pictures!). Juan is a true professional - he's both intelligent and knowledgeable, and he was able to provide us with great design and material suggestions that helped to keep the cost down. He provided a detailed list of services, and his pricing was fair. Additionally, he was always available to answer our questions and was very pleasant to work with. We would definitely recommend Juan to others.
