After our tenants reported a bee infestation, I reached out to J&T via CrackerJack. Justin was prompt in his response and we discussed the issue, including upfront pricing for what we anticipated. The following day, he arrived on time and kept me informed of his progress during the visit, ultimately determining that it was a wasp nest. Justin shared photographs and provided a detailed explanation of the matter and what was required to remedy it, along with an alteration in price (although he granted me a discount). I authorized him to perform the necessary treatment, and upon completion, he shared photos and assured me that if the concerns persisted within thirty days, I should contact him. I commend Justin's communication and quality of work and would undoubtedly solicit J&T for future pest-related matters.
