As a first-time homeowner, maintaining our landscaping needs had been a challenge for us. After two years, the grass had withered, and weeds had taken over, making it difficult to distinguish between the grass and liriopes. Jake transformed our property and brought it back to its former glory. He resodded the front lawn, replaced liriopes with ixoras, mulched, trimmed, reshaped overgrown shrubs and pressure washed the entire area. Despite the scale of the job, Jake singlehandedly completed everything in just three days. The entire process was seamless. I contacted Jake through CrackerJack, and he came for an initial estimate, which he sent via email (Square) later that day. He even came back for a second free estimate and was just as thorough as the first time. Throughout the landscaping, Farrah kept me updated via email, sending me daily before-and-after pictures of the progress. At the final cost of approximately $3K (inclusive of sod and materials), it was reasonable for my property, and I was more than satisfied with the outcome- so satisfied that we even left an extra tip. Weeks after completion, Jake noticed the sod had not taken in some areas and offered to water our lawn, a gesture that reflects his pride and dedication to delivering excellent service. Without a doubt, Jake and Farrah are our go-to landscaping experts.

Urgent sprucing up and landscaping of my flower beds was required, and JPF came through by accommodating my short notice request. Their work was swift, seamless, and without any delays. The final outcome of the project was excellent and was admired by a handful of guests who were to arrive that weekend!
