Right after I put in a work request, Juan got in touch with me. I needed both of my toilets replaced, and he informed me on the various types of toilets available at The Home Depot. I bought the toilets, and a few days later, Juan picked them up on his way to carry out the installation. His experience was evident, and he did an excellent job installing them. During the installation process, he noticed that one of the wax ring/flanges was damaged, and it had roots in the surrounding area. He gave me a reasonable add-on price to repair, replace, and fill the area with concrete. Overall, he did an excellent job, and I was satisfied with the work. In the future, I would use JP Plumbing again, and I would recommend their services to others.

If you're in need of plumbing or water heater services, I highly recommend Juan. When our water heater began to leak, we considered switching from a tank to a tankless system. However, other contractors were pushy in trying to sell us the tankless one, claiming they'd get a discount. Juan, on the other hand, was honest and informed us that installing a tankless system on our existing gas connection wasn't possible without redoing the gas line, which would be a costly endeavor. I did my research and found he was right, which is why we ultimately chose him for the job. Juan also helped us fix some plumbing problems inside our home. During the installation of the new heater, he accidentally broke some drywall but initially expected me to pay extra to patch it up. After discussing it with him and mentioning that our neighbors were able to install a tank system without breaking any drywall, he agreed to fix it at no additional charge. Overall, Juan did a great job and was very honest in sharing his opinions.

At last, an actual plumber! A person who possesses genuine knowledge and craftsmanship and takes pleasure in their work! Having dealt with 4 incompetent and indolent so-called plumbers, it was refreshing to witness my tub spout being accurately fixed after 5 long months. Hooray, the task is finally complete. By the way, I do not recommend hiring Anytime Plumbing, as they charged me nearly $1000 for a basic tub spout leak.
