My expectations were completely exceeded by Chef Pearson and his waitstaff. The portions were perfect, the food was exquisitely prepared and plated with care. My entire team enjoyed the variety of dishes and left happy and full.
On-time and highly professional, Chef Pearson and his waitstaff, Lucas and Alex, immediately got to work upon arriving. They were courteous and attentive, taking our drink orders and refreshing our glasses. Throughout the event, Lucas and Alex served the most delicious hors d’oeuvres to us with wonderful personality and without being intrusive.
Chef Pearson described each dish with passion and was always available to ensure his work was enjoyed, which it certainly was!
