On May 14, 2022, we tied the knot at the Fenimore Art Museum in Cooperstown, NY. Our wedding ceremony, led by Joannie, went seamlessly, and we couldn't have asked for more!
As nontraditional individuals with distinct and independent beliefs when it comes to spirituality, we have each carved out unique paths in life. In accordance with our free-spiritedness and nonconformity, our wedding ceremony mirrored our individuality.
Joannie embraced our eclectic and multidimensional perspectives and masterfully created a ceremony that was both impactful and moving. She invested time in getting to know us individually, as well as a couple, and treated our bond with great care.
Initially, we met Joannie on Zoom, and after several exchanges, we paid her a visit at her spiritual sanctuary in New York State. Her abode offered us an opportunity to bond and better comprehend our relationship's story, forming a stronger understanding of the love we share. The experience affirmed our belief that she was our ideal match for officiating our wedding.
On our big day, Joannie's presence was commanding, and she executed her duties with efficiency, signing our marriage license and mailing it to the Yonkers City Clerk's Office without a hitch.
