Despite my efforts to receive an estimate via phone, I was unsuccessful. Therefore, upon receiving an email confirming an appointment for the following day, I promptly cancelled it. On the actual day of the appointment, Joshua's contractor unexpectedly arrived at my residence unaware of the cancellation. Despite this miscommunication, the contractor was courteous and had traveled a significant distance to reach me. Feeling sympathetic, I inquired about the cost to have my upper gutters cleaned. The contractor initially quoted $245, which I deemed too steep. However, he then offered to perform the job for $175, which I agreed to as I required the service. Regrettably, I found the scheduling process of this company to be subpar and will not be utilizing their services in the future.
