Having seen the transformation that fitness can bring about, I have come to view my clients as family. It is a joy to assist others and in doing so, I myself find fulfillment. Witnessing firsthand the positive impact on individuals' health is deeply gratifying. Helping people reach their aspirations is not just about setting objectives, but also about providing motivation and tools needed to stick with the program. To ensure long-term success, my approach is to establish practical short-term objectives which progress gradually through adjustments in diet and exercise. This has proven to be successful in keeping people committed to their long-term goals. I am inspired by every client, regardless of any limiting factors, be it pre-existing medical conditions, injury rehabilitation, mobility constraints, lack of motivation, or forming new habits. My journey in fitness began in 2013, when I took on the role of Stacee Jaxx in the Broadway production of Rock of Ages. It ignited a passion that has led to a successful career in this field. I am a graduate of Cal U of PA with a BS in Exercise Science, certified by the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) as a personal trainer, and also certified by the National Academy of Speed and Explosion (NASE) as a Speed Specialist. For five years, I have instructed group fitness classes and offered one-to-one personal training in New York City. I specialize in Speed Enhancement, Behavior Change, High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT), Strength and Conditioning, Fat Loss, TRX, Mobility, Post Physical Therapy training, and even conduct virtual PE classes for kids and families called "Fit'N'Silly" with Josh. My intention is to encourage and motivate clients to attain their best possible selves through surpassing their goals. My training is proficient, personalized, and beset with the warm-heartedness that brings laughter to everyone. I look forward to helping you realize your goals!

After carefully reviewing several personal trainers on CrackerJack, I chose Josh and reached out to him. Unfortunately, I was hit with Covid-19 back in April and had to be hospitalized for two weeks, which left me unable to work out until now. Although I am still recovering and experiencing shortness of breath, Josh has been working with me closely for three weeks and I am already seeing improvements in my strength and fitness, as well as trimming down. Due to the medication I was taking, I had put on some weight, so I am grateful to finally take control of my health. Josh is very knowledgeable, attentive, and inspiring to be around, and we work out together at my home. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a great personal trainer. Hey man! I thought I knew everything about fitness despite being a beginner, but Josh completely proved me wrong and made me humble. After my first session, I realized that I have a lot more to learn and I can't wait to continue training with him. Josh is incredibly understanding and patient, and you can feel the physical effects of his workout instantly. He's a fantastic motivator and will push you to your limits.
