As a DJ, my ultimate joy is in connecting with people, entertaining them and bringing their event vision to life through music. In order to make their experience unforgettable, I ensure to come prepared with an assorted range of music. Communication and attention to detail are my top priorities. As an MC, I liaise with event planners and vendors to ensure that the event runs without a hitch.

Partnering with me is simple and straightforward. Fill out a brief form detailing the vision for the event, and I am available for consultation all the way through to the event day. A final phone call is made the week of the event to finalize preparations.

A little bit about me - I live in Nashville with my wife and three children. Apart from DJing, I also write songs and am a part-time house fixer. With a degree in music, I am also a sports enthusiast and to top it all off, I have won an Emmy Award for my exceptional audio and lighting work on a film set.

Our daughter's wedding was made unforgettable and amazing, thanks to Josh-- the perfect DJ! He was an exceptional MC, exhibiting friendliness, professionalism, and great organizational skills that made it easy to communicate with him during the planning process. Josh kept the dance floor full with the right music and had the guests hyped all night long! The guests couldn't stop complimenting how fun the wedding was, with most of the credit going to Josh. Notably, at least one engaged couple from our wedding party is now considering using Josh for their wedding. Thank you Josh for all your hard work that made our daughter's wedding a night to remember!

During our business conference, Josh performed exceptionally well as our DJ at the booth. He demonstrated a high level of professionalism and amiability, bringing a fun aspect to our booth, even on the day of the tornado when we were all feeling quite anxious. Despite the chaos around us, Josh managed to remain composed and organized, quickly setting up and getting everything going while the rest of us were still struggling to collect ourselves.

Employing Josh as my wedding DJ was the best decision I made! From the outset, he was courteous and highly skilled. Prior to the wedding, he maintained communication with me and went through my entire music timeline with me. A week prior to the big day, he recommended music/flow options that added to its success. Josh arrived early on the wedding day and set everything up before initiating music for the guests although most arrived quite early. He checked in with me continuously and made sure that we remained on schedule as per my request. During the open dance floor, he kept everyone engaged, and the party flourishing! My guests praised Josh throughout the night. Shift Music is an excellent choice - don't hesitate to hire them!
