Jose went the extra mile to ensure that my property was repaired. And when I say extra mile, I truly mean it. We encountered an issue with the initial door, and he made the effort to drive all the way from Tucson to Mesa to acquire a replacement.

Although Jose's work ethic is outstanding, his communication as to when he would arrive could have been improved. Nevertheless, I would not hesitate to employ him again. Jose was remarkably precise and methodical in constructing our pergola, and he even dedicated time to cleaning up the area. The end result is stunning, and we eagerly await the next pool party.

Jose proved to be dependable, reliable, and trustworthy. I accidentally threw him two curveballs when it came to timing - I was called back into work and had to adjust my schedule. However, he was more than agreeable and able to adjust to both of my text messages notifying him that I wouldn't be home until a certain time. When I arrived, he was prompt, polite, and understanding of the situation. He even made a recommendation of what needed to be done and provided a bid that was in the ball park. I am grateful for his help and will definitely be using his services again. Thank you, Jose.

He possesses a high level of professionalism and expertise when it comes to repairing toilets. Personally, I lack the skill set required for such repairs but he kindly purchased the necessary materials on my behalf (which I will reimburse, of course) and mended the toilet as necessary.
