Hello! My name is Jordan Tank, and I am a certified personal trainer and fitness nutrition specialist through ACE (American Council on Exercise). I'm also a published fitness writer and a member of the health and fitness advisory board for lifehack, a popular online media site with over 5 million monthly readers.

My approach to helping you achieve your fitness goals is centered around building a personal relationship. I want to get to know you, not just as a client, but as a valuable person in your life that you can trust and come to with questions as you navigate your health and fitness journey.

I understand that I may be the only person in your corner who is actively helping and encouraging you to get your health in order. That's why it's so important to me to be there for you, to get to know you, and to help you feel confident that you have at least one person rooting for you.

My training style focuses on customized workouts that meet you where you are on your fitness journey. I also offer mobility programs to help you loosen up and feel better, as well as nutritional guidance that helps you balance healthy eating with enjoying the foods you love.

With my guidance, you'll not only lose weight, become stronger, and feel better, but you'll also learn how to live a fit and healthy lifestyle that serves you and gets you where you want to go.

Around a month ago, I began collaborating with Jordan on my athletic goals and the experience has been nothing short of fantastic. In the past, I have completed marathons; however, due to an injury, I have not participated in one for approximately three years. Nevertheless, my ambition is to train for an ultra event in 2021, and with Jordan's guidance, I am currently improving my leg strength, balance, core strength, and refining my running technique to attain that objective. Jordan is a pleasure to work with, very affable, and not at all intimidating. He appreciates that I am a middle-aged non-elite athlete and has put together a Google Sheets document containing all of my at-home physical routines, including video instructions!
