I had an amazing encounter with Chris! My son struggled with his gaming PC, and mere 5-10 minutes of browsing on CrackerJack led me to Chris. He promptly responded and arranged an appointment later that week. Chris was very amiable, and he effectively communicated with my son while being very reasonable with his fees. In a prompt manner, Chris attended to my request to install and reposition a few fans in my PC, and provided excellent service at an affordable rate. Although I required an additional component for the task, Chris had it on hand and utilized it to finish the job. This guy is amazing! He was punctual and extremely helpful, not to mention friendly. His charges were much lower than I anticipated, and he was also accommodating. Although he had to keep the computer overnight, he returned it the following day. In the past, I would visit Best Buy for my computer repairs and end up waiting for lengthy periods to receive an overpriced bill. However, this method is much more convenient. I would absolutely use this guy again and enthusiastically recommend him. Not to mention, his rates are very reasonable.
