Although I am typically hesitant to award five stars, I must admit that my experience with Jolly Junk exceeded my expectations. Unfortunately, I had to reschedule my initial appointment due to an injury, but Lindsay was understanding and accommodating. The team that arrived on the day of our move were courteous and showed great respect towards our belongings. They worked swiftly and there were no unexpected expenses. Prior to the appointment, I sent photographs of the items I needed removed and their measurements to ensure accurate pricing, unlike other companies which attempt to negotiate a higher price upon arrival. I am incredibly pleased with Jolly Junk and will continue using their service in the future.
