We engaged Johnson Renovation to tackle a mold problem in our home, resulting from a plumbing issue in the wall that had gone unnoticed for an extended period, causing a musty odor. After consulting with three contractors, we found Dan to be the most informed and meticulous. Although they were not the most economical option, we preferred Dan and felt content with our choice to hire Johnson Renovation. They did a remarkable job, and we strongly suggest their services!

The beginning was great, but the middle was just alright, and the end was really disappointing. Although we had some problems with pricing that were nobody's fault, we ultimately settled on an agreement and shook hands. However, after we made the final payment, the contractor stopped replying to our messages even though the glass doors had not been delivered yet and we still needed some tile work redone. It has been two months and he still hasn't responded. We also had problems with his subcontractor, who claims that he hasn't been contacted by the contractor either.

Our office experienced water damage that resulted in mold growth, so we enlisted Johnson Renovation to conduct mold testing and remediation. To our surprise, they finished the project earlier than expected and did an outstanding job reconstructing the affected area. Additionally, they consistently arrived on schedule and worked well with our staff's timetable. Their team was efficient in accommodating our needs, and we highly endorse Johnson Renovation.

Dan is fantastic to work with, and he offers reasonable pricing for exceptional work. He can handle any project regardless of its size!
