Upon my arrival, I had to wait for the receptionist to call me in due to COVID-19 protocol. Once inside, I completed a registration form and underwent a preliminary visual examination. To celebrate my birthday, I opted for the 90-minute reflexology foot massage, which I found invigorating. The technician was courteous and professional, prompting me to plan another visit on my next free day. I was thrilled that I could secure an appointment for the same day. This has now become my preferred self-care routine. In instances where I have limited time and have had a long day, the Reflex Mini is my favorite go-to option.
