I am a personal trainer based in the New York metro area with eight years of training experience, specializing in working with a diverse range of clients. I hold additional certifications to work with teens, seniors, and individuals with special needs or injuries. All of my clients are valued and I love working with people.
My training sessions prioritize form for safe and effective workouts that build structural integrity, strength, and symmetry. As a type one diabetic and celiac, I have a unique and in-depth background in nutrition and various diets that I integrate into my clients' dietary habits and strategies to achieve their goals.
My training services are adaptable and can occur in gyms, homes or even outdoors. If you prefer a more hands-off approach, I also offer health and wellness coaching remotely. This involves weekly check-ins, a tailored program/schedule, and a weekly cost of $20, rather than a session-by-session fee.

This is incredible! The trainer is truly amazing - extremely patient, kind and hands-on. He is easy to talk to and has a way of explaining workouts in such a manner that even novices can do them with confidence. Additionally, he is skilled in accommodating schedules and creating the perfect exercise plan based on body type and health goals. Due to COVID restrictions on gym availability, I began working with John remotely. Despite my limited equipment at home, John has provided me with challenging workouts using only dumbbells and bands. This allows me to maintain my routine of resistance training during this time, which I really appreciate. Although outdoor activities such as walking or running are options, I find value in keeping up with my home workouts.
