After cleaning our carpet, we were incredibly pleased with how it looked and felt. It took a day to dry, but once it did, it looked great. Amber was very professional in confirming our appointment. During the cleaning, the cleaner wore shoes without booties, but any marks were mostly on the floors rather than the carpeted areas, so it wasn't a significant issue. There was some confusion about which carpets were to be cleaned, but it was quickly resolved. A suggestion for future appointments is to ensure that the square footage of carpets and the quote are confirmed before setting up the appointment.
