My name is John and I have spent the last 25 years working in the construction industry. I possess a wide range of skills, including expertise in handling heavy equipment, flooring installation, and property maintenance. I am particularly skilled in areas such as carpentry, cabinetry, and trim work. My capabilities include but are not limited to flooring, baseboard, crown molding, cabinet installation, door and window repairs, bush hogging, grading driveways, outdoor building projects, furniture assembly, gazebo construction, decking, grass cutting, yard maintenance, gutter cleaning, and debris removal. No task is too big or too small, and I am open to any job request.
Please note, however, that I am not licensed to perform plumbing, electrical, HVAC, or appliance repair work. I am insured, however, so you can rest assured that you will be protected in the event of any unexpected issues.
My fee for services is $80 per hour, although I am open to negotiating lower rates for jobs that will require only a few minutes of my time. I believe in the adage that good labor isn't cheap, and cheap labor isn't good. Rest assured, however, that my services are honest, reliable, and of excellent quality.
I accept payment in the form of cash, Venmo, or credit cards processed through Square. However, please do not attempt to pay me with a check.
