I cannot express enough how delighted I am to have stumbled upon John's Clean Outs and Property Preservation, Inc. John was remarkably helpful, efficient, and detailed in managing our junk removal needs. After residing in one location for a decade, we had amassed an overwhelming amount of clutter and garbage which we had crammed into our garage. We were desperate for a solution. This was my first encounter with CrackerJack, and I am ecstatic that it was with John's Clean Outs. I submitted my request and within minutes, John responded. The job was completed the very next day. I have already endorsed John's Clean Outs to others and foresee working with him again soon.

After contacting John, I received a prompt response. We met in person to discuss a quote and, despite our tight timeline, he was able to squeeze me in within two days. From our interactions, John proved to be trustworthy and honest. During the clean-out, he even recovered two old wallets containing personal items and cash! Not only was John's crew friendly, but also incredibly efficient. They quickly cleared out my storage rooms leaving them empty and clean. Originally, I had planned to rent a rolloff dumpster and do the job myself over several days. Fortunately, I made the wise decision to hire John instead. In just two hours, his crew finished the job and even disposed of electronic waste at Perimeter Rd (which would have taken me multiple trips to do myself as it's prohibited in dumpsters). Overall, the money spent was well worth it, and I highly recommend John and his team.

Our furniture had to be taken out and I reached out to John who responded promptly. After fixing a schedule, he arrived on time and carried out the task without any harm to our property. It was delightful working with John and the pricing was justifiable. If needed, we would certainly hire him again.
