The majority of our clients have little to no prior criminal record and are unfamiliar with the judicial system. They often have numerous inquiries about the duration of their case, potential defenses, and probable outcomes. We keep our clients updated as their case progresses through the court system.
We accept criminal cases that began with an arrest within the past 12 months. However, we do not take on appeals, expungements, juvenile cases, civil cases, or cases that have been open for more than a year. We are not affiliated with the public defender's office, nor do we provide pro bono services.
If expenses are a concern, clients would be eligible for an appealing payment plan by employing our services at the earliest opportunity following their arrest. Most clients choose payment terms ranging from nine months to eighteen months, with facilitated payment installments comparable to that of a car loan.
