Although Joel did an excellent job repairing several outside outlet covers, which were older, he charged a hefty sum. In the future, I will request an upfront estimate, but determining the extent of the task ahead of time is challenging. Our case was especially difficult. Nevertheless, I appreciate the high caliber of his craftsmanship and the professionalism he displayed.
