Within an hour of contact, Jacob responded promptly and visited us the very next day to conduct a comprehensive evaluation of the required work. By the end of the same day, he provided us with a reasonable quote and the next day, his team commenced work as scheduled. In addition to the siding repair, we also entrusted APS Inc to paint our residence. Jacob and his team were courteous, attentive, punctual, and efficient. They were respectful of our property and ensured that it was kept clean after every workday. Throughout the project, Jacob kept us updated and gave advice to help us make informed decisions regarding our design needs. I collaborated with Jacob at APS and found him to be highly responsive to my requests. He provided me with an estimate for both the paint and necessary dry rot repairs. Jacob conducted pressure washing, identifying required repairs. He gave me the option to either hire someone else or have his team manage the repairs. He offered me a quote for labor and purchased all required materials from stores like Home Depot, providing me receipts to ensure fair pricing. The work was completed quickly and competently. Despite being nitpicky, Jacob handled my requests with a calm and collected demeanor. He did not show any frustration or exasperation during our interactions. Jacob did not require a deposit upfront, instead preferring to complete the work to our satisfaction before requesting payment. Additionally, he offered a discount for cash payments over other methods. Overall, APS provided excellent service at a fraction of the cost of other estimates. I highly recommend them!

Excellent is the word that comes to mind when I think of Jacob! He did an outstanding job repairing the siding on our fireplace and repainting the trim on our home. The pricing was reasonable and the quality of work was superb! He was diligent and meticulous, and I would absolutely recommend him! In fact, I plan to reach out to him for any future repairs needed! However, while I awaited their response, a friend stepped up and handled the repair. Nevertheless, Jacob did provide me with the location of one of their ongoing jobs so I could inspect their craftsmanship. Ultimately, I perceive this contractor as an upstanding individual, and I intend to consult them for future endeavors.
