Description:
I don't believe in being superior to others; what I do possess is an innate ability to handle animals with care and abundance of patience. For me, being around animals is pure joy. Throughout my life, I have nurtured and cared for Lhasas and Siamese cats, but all animals bring me the same amount of happiness. My background in nursing enables me to administer essential first aid until the animal can be taken to a veterinary clinic. In case of emergencies, there is a 24-hour veterinary hospital located just 1.5 miles away from my location.

Joanne's Second Home is a fantastic choice for those in need of cat or dog grooming services. I cannot recommend it highly enough! Despite Abby's limited vision and occasional misbehavior, Joanne was incredibly patient and kind. She even took the time to call and inform me of her arrival. Her work on Abby was simply wonderful, and I cannot give her enough praise. It is evident that Joanne is a true animal lover, and I have already scheduled another appointment with her. Without a doubt, I give Joanne's Second Home five stars!

n it was warmer. JoAnn, a dog lover, came to my home to groom my Golden who hadn't been groomed in a year due to my husband's passing. I have three other dogs that JoAnn also tended to and they all loved her. She thoroughly checked out Katie and began grooming her. Despite being an 11-year-old and sometimes a grumpy dog, JoAnn talked to and eased Katie throughout the process. After an hour, Katie had enough and lay down while we laughed. After another hour, despite the cold weather, JoAnn finished grooming Katie and she lay down once again. Since it was too cold to use the hose, we used the bathtub instead. JoAnn even went the extra mile by clipping the other dogs' nails without any additional charges, as I decided to give Katie her bath the next day when it was warmer. Overall, I was pleased with JoAnn's work and dedication to my furry companions.

Joanne arrived promptly, skillfully groomed my highly nervous Yorkie, and surprisingly, he seemed to relish the experience owing to her gentle approach and empathetic consideration for his comfort level, particularly since it was his initial session at a professional grooming salon.
