After twenty years of perfecting my craft, I recently earned my Baking and Pastry Arts Diploma from Escoffier, making it official that my passion for baking and designing cakes is more than just a hobby.

At the moment, I don't possess a picture. However, I'll make sure to share one as soon as I have it. To be honest, the sole dissatisfaction I had was with the color of the cake. It turned out to be white and yellow instead of blue. Nonetheless, I must emphasize that the cake was exquisite and tasted amazing. I was initially apprehensive about selecting JMPARTYCAKES based primarily on their online photos, but fortunately, the cake surpassed my expectations both in terms of appearance and flavor. The layers were substantial and bursting with fruity goodness. As a rather indecisive bride, I greatly appreciated their patience and accommodating nature. I organized an epic surprise 50th birthday bash for my spouse and was on the hunt for a bespoke carrot cake designed like 50lb gym discs. Janice was my go-to cake artist and needless to say, she exceeded my expectations. Janice delivered the cake herself! To my surprise, even the fastidious guests savored every bite of the cake and couldn't stop raving about how scrumptious it was. The cake was moist and generously filled with cream cheese complementing the buttercream taste - it was splendid! The final design of the cake was spot-on! I was taken aback that I had never tasted carrot cake like that before. Even my husband was thrilled and enjoyed a few slices of the cake.
