Jm Painting And Stucco executed an excellent exterior painting job on my historic two-story abode. Despite it being a sizeable undertaking, they expedited the project with efficiency. Although there was a minor setback in the commencement date, they provided ample notice and maintained consistent communication throughout the entire process. Adhering to the city's requirements was necessary for preserving the integrity of my house and Jm Painting And Stucco rose to the challenge. Their rate was reasonable, especially considering the extensive carpentry required before applying the paint. In general, I am satisfied with the quality of the completed work. Jose's crew utilized Benj. Moore Arbor, Solid-stain for a sizable exterior paint/stain project on our 60+ year old cedar siding. The preparation work was relatively meticulous, and save for a few minor details, the finished paint job is excellent. (As a former head of a paint crew, I tend to be more discriminating about paintwork.) While I would have awarded a five-star rating, my sole issue pertained to the disrespect that Jose's team displayed towards our property. Cigarette butts were strewn about the perimeter of our home, and leftovers such as chicken bones and t-bones remained in nearby bushes. I broached the matter with Jose, who was apologetic and willing to rectify the situation. Despite his offer, my wife and I had already taken the matter into our own hands since we have young children and a dog who enjoy playing outside. Although the lack of professionalism in respecting our property was a concern, I can still recommend Jose and his team, with the caveat that no further reviews document this behavior. Based on our conversation, I am confident that Jose will address this issue.

Our exterior was done exceptionally well by Jose and his team. They did a fantastic job and made our home look stunning, all at a reasonable cost. I highly recommend this company for any painting projects you may have.
