The stair railing replacement carried out by JM Ironworks was splendid. Jay exhibited professionalism and patiently responded to all my inquiries. He provided an array of choices for the railing's design and customized it to ensure the gap between each baluster was under three inches, as instructed. Their efficiency was top-notch as they put my project on the schedule less than three weeks after the initial measurements were taken. Kindly note that the photographs were taken before carpets were installed.
