The kitchen underwent a remodel and the outcome was exceptional. The communication was outstanding and a highly qualified electrician was hired. They ensured cleanliness by tidying up after each day of work and installed an emergency water heater. In general, I am delighted that I made the correct decision in choosing this contractor.

We received assistance from JM Alpha on an exterior patio project. He was laid-back and comprehended my desired outcome. Together, we devised a design for the stone tile. His team was cordial and proficient. Moreover, he walked us through the steps of the undertaking. I strongly suggest them, as they kept to the timetable and budget. Kudos to Jerry and his team.

Although JM Alpha is based in Beverly Hills, Jerry was able to redesign the entire interior and exterior of our offices in La Jolla, San Diego. Working with him and his team was a delight, and my wife and I have already commissioned him for a home addition. Thank you again for your excellent service.

Initially, we hired Jerry to paint our house. His painter, Herman, did an excellent job, so we decided to enlist his services for some remodeling work, given that it was his area of expertise. The project started well, and we were pleased with the progress. As the renovation neared completion, we paid Jerry in full, assuming everything was in order. Unfortunately, this was not the case. The project was left unfinished, with various fixtures and electrical covers missing, and exposed wires visible. Additionally, we discovered damage to both the inside and outside walls of our home resulting from careless demolition and removal of the outer drywall. Adding insult to injury, a brand-new step ladder we had recently purchased was missing, and part of our gate was haphazardly discarded to accommodate Jerry's team's vehicles. Although Jerry was difficult to get hold of, we eventually managed to speak with him, and he promised to return the step ladder once he had finished another project in Beverly Hills. However, after three months, he has failed to fulfill this promise and is now dodging our calls and texts. Don't get us wrong; Jerry was cordial throughout, but we had to put our own money forward to repair the damages caused by his team. Additionally, we are missing a step ladder and the top of our gate, with no resolution or compensation from Jerry.

Great efforts have been made in identifying, purging and fixing the mold problem arising from a damaged pipeline.
