However, John was able to diagnose the issue remotely using pictures and videos I sent him, and advised me on whether or not it required immediate attention. When the problem became worse, John arrived on a Sunday of a holiday weekend to repair my boiler. He was patient and detailed in explaining the repair process, and even went the extra mile to demonstrate how to maintain my ductless a/c's. John's sense of humor, attentiveness and promptness have made him a reliable and valuable resource I can count on in the future.

Upon conducting a leak test, it was confirmed that there were in fact four leaks, which John diligently repaired within the confined and scorching area of my attic. He conducted multiple tests afterwards to ensure that everything was operating effectively, taking his time in the repair process and demonstrating his expertise in the field. In addition to his primary task, he voluntarily fixed secondary issues that he had noticed, for example with my capacitor and wires, without billing any extra charges. Furthermore, he identified an issue with my attic fan that he proactively addressed. Thanks to his capable workmanship, my AC has been restored and is now emitting cold air. I wholeheartedly recommend John for any HVAC work, as he is truthful, transparent, accommodating, and highly skilled.
