For approximately a year, I have utilized JK Cleaners' services and have no unfavorable remarks to share. Their cleaning quality is superb, and their etiquette and professionalism are consistently maintained. However, there is a minor disadvantage due to a language discrepancy; they converse in Portuguese, while I communicate in English. Nonetheless, they have language translation apps on their mobile devices, enabling us to communicate effectively. Moreover, if there are any specific requirements or requests, I can communicate these in advance to the schedulers, and the staff that visits my residence receives the message. Consequently, all of my requests have been fulfilled without any shortcomings.
