Jeff was extremely familiar with my Electrolux washer when he called 30 minutes before arriving. In a jiffy, he identified the issue and requested the necessary parts. Unfortunately, the warehouse delayed him as the parts had to be ordered. He promptly returned with the parts and installed them, producing a functional washer.
A prior repairman had informed me that the washer couldn't be fixed, but JJ's Repair was the perfect antidote to my problem! I'm grateful to Jeff for his exceptional service and would gladly recommend him to anyone seeking appliance repairs.

JJ's appliance was extremely helpful. While my family and I were away, he visited our home to assess the fridge and advised us that purchasing a new fridge would be more cost-effective. This was because the compressor was seized. Based on his recommendation, we went ahead and bought a new fridge. I highly recommend JJ's appliance for anyone needing appliance services.
