It was an absolute delight collaborating with Dennis and the entire team at Spectrum One. We were apprehensive about undertaking our kitchen renovation after hearing countless horror stories of renovations gone wrong. However, Dennis guided us through each step of the process and the team faithfully showed up on time every day to deliver exceptional progress. In just over four weeks, we demolished walls to open up the kitchen to the dining room, installed new floors, countertops, backsplashes, appliances, created a new pantry, and revitalized a bathroom. Their price was competitive, but the quality, transparency, and efficient service were outstanding. I wholeheartedly endorse Spectrum One and would not hesitate to work with them again in the future.

The individuals at Spectrum One, Inc. are true experts! Our organization relocated to a new location and managed to renovate it within a brief period of time. However, the task of finding the suitable flooring posed a difficulty for us. The inexpensive and unattractive commercial green carpet clashed with our elegant, contemporary interior design. It was surprising to discover that three separate flooring companies I attempted to hire were either too preoccupied for our $12K venture or were not qualified for such a job. It was unbelievable that finding a competent flooring specialist was so challenging! Upon seeing an ad for Spectrum One, Inc., I contacted them to receive a complimentary estimate. I did not have high expectations since the company seemed to be too large for commercial remodeling. Nonetheless, I was impressed when Paul, the company owner, stated that they could easily handle it. Their pricing was quite reasonable, and they finished the project in only a few days. Our office looks magnificent! I enthusiastically endorse their services!

Out of the three promising companies we discovered on CrackerJack, we opted for Spectrum One due to their numerous positive reviews. Although we were tempted to try the younger companies, we required a reliable provider as we do not reside on site. Both younger companies appeared competent, but Spectrum One was tried and true. In November 2017, Val conducted an initial on-site visit, and we received an estimate shortly after. Val recommended a window brand that closely matched our existing windows. However, due to delayed window delivery, installation was postponed by a week from late January, after Christmas. Throughout the entire process, Nikki and Val kept us and our renters informed. They handled everything transparently and professionally, arranging the permit and inspector. As of yesterday, the installation is complete! Our renter had a positive experience throughout the entire operation and remains very satisfied. We appreciate the hard work of Val and his team! =)
