After reaching out for a quote, I was immediately asked for billing information by the individual on the phone. In contrast, other companies have been willing to physically inspect the requested work and accept alternative payment options, such as Venmo or Zelle. The insistence on obtaining my banking details prior to scheduling a service appointment made me feel quite uneasy.
