All the members of the team were exceptional, particularly John and Garrett, who were highly proficient and unambiguous when it came to what was incorporated and what was excluded. They proposed different services such as TV installation, garbage disposal and packing, in case we needed them.
They were also accommodating with a change of date and prompt on both the days of packing and moving. The team that came in was polite and diligent. I admire management's decision to take breaks and let the team relax and eat.
