Upon receiving my call, Eric swiftly responded and adeptly inquired about the reason behind my malfunctioning pool pump. He subsequently scheduled an appointment for us within a brief period. I forwarded him images of both the pump and its accompanying equipment. Subsequently, he advised me of a DIY approach to unblock the area and reset the pump.
