Jessica Morimando is available for both in-person and virtual training sessions. As a Contemporary Dancer and former NPC Bikini competitor, she combines strength training, mobility, mat pilates/reformer, and cardio to help her clients build a strong foundation of proper movement and education. This enables them to feel better throughout their daily activities and movements. Additionally, she assists her clients with their nutrition to identify a way of eating that is specific to their dietary needs and lifestyle. Whether you're new to fitness or looking to improve, Jessica's workouts will leave you feeling and moving better. She's also available for stretch/mobility-only sessions upon request. Her certifications include Corrective Exercise, Nutrition Coaching, Sugarfoot Therapy (dance injury prevention and strength training), TRX, SAQ Training, and Pre/Post Natal. Rates are $100 per session for virtual training and $125 per session for in-person training. Only serious inquiries, please.
