On three occasions, Casey has performed exceptional inspections on homes for us. Although we paid for reports on all three, his inspections ultimately saved us thousands of dollars. The initial two homes we considered were renovated and visually appealing, but upon thorough evaluation, Casey exposed severe foundation complications in one and significant water damage to the frame of the other. The repair costs for both totaled over $50,000, which we may have only realized after it was too late.
