I highly recommend this class to all women! It was an incredibly empowering experience. As a woman, I often feel unsafe and constantly find myself looking over my shoulder. However, after taking a private Krav Maga session with Adir, I now have the skills to defend myself effectively. Although I was hesitant to take a self-defense class at first, Adir's beginner-friendly approach and practical techniques made me feel at ease. He remained fully engaged and active throughout the session, which helped me feel more confident and comfortable. Not only do I feel capable of protecting myself, but the session also provided a great workout and was enjoyable. In today's world, it is essential for us as women to stay safe and be able to protect ourselves. Therefore, I highly recommend this class to every woman.
