As an award-winning saxophonist and multi-instrumentalist from Denmark, I have worked as a composer, producer, and musician. My work has been featured on over 100 records and films, including Lars Von Triers' Palme D'Or nominated and Best European film winner, Melancholia, where I played all the live music.
With classical violin as my musical foundation from the age of 4, I transitioned to the saxophone at 12, studying at The Rhytmic Music Conservatory in Copenhagen and The New School of Music in New York. I have also played trumpet, guitar, bass, piano, drums, and more while writing for an orchestra and producing electronic music.
My band O Future has been featured in prominent publications such as The New York Times and Pitchfork.
As a teacher, I can help students achieve a cool, warm saxophone sound, dexterity on the instrument, and a broader understanding of music creation. I hold a degree in jazz, composition, and teaching from The Rhytmic Music Conservatory in Copenhagen and have taught courses there and at other prestigious music conservatories.
I offer a free first lesson and have experience teaching students of all ages and levels since I was 16 years old.
