Impressive work by Charles in soundproofing a wall! Despite finding no room for insulation inside the wall, he promptly and cleverly switched gears to construct a new framing wall. Charles was efficient in re-estimating the work and did not compromise the quality of the project. Without hesitation, I would enlist his services for other tasks.

Though it may mean enduring another queue to collaborate with Charles, I cannot resist expressing my gratitude towards a contractor who embodies: 1) Punctuality 2) Keen attentiveness towards my needs, succinctly communicating and clarifying his understanding of the task at hand. 3) A prompt delivery of his quotation within a day of being contacted. 4) Initiation of the project during the same week. 5) Exceptional delivery of the kitchen pantry doors within the same week. Kindly bear me in mind for future ventures with affluent clientele who prize quality work and time.

My 3D accent wall was installed by Charles and it looks amazing! He meticulously caulked every seam and made sure it was ready to be painted. I strongly suggest Jenga Construction and can't wait to begin the next project!
