I am a highly experienced C-IAYT yoga therapist with over 500-RYT yoga hours of teaching expertise, a Usui Reiki practitioner, and a master of multiple yoga styles such as vinyasa, hatha, restorative, gentle, and therapeutic yoga. My private yoga sessions and Reiki sessions are available either individually or together, and can be offered either in person or remotely.
With my trauma-informed approach, I can assist in creating a tailor-made wellness plan suitable for every individual regardless of their health history or current state of being. My philosophy of teaching yoga fits within a personalized model where your practice is yours alone, and you determine its goals and focus. It could be aimed at alleviating stress, spiritual growth, mental clarity, self-discovery, improving physical strength and balance, or anything else that matters to you.
I have extensive experience teaching yoga to a diverse range of people, including seniors, children, and individuals with various medical issues such as anxiety, depression, chronic stress, Parkinson’s disease, heart ailments, disabilities, among others.
For me, practicing yoga is more than just about enhancing Self-awareness; it is also a means of providing service to others.
