My front stairs, which were in a state of dilapidation, were replaced by Jeff and his team. They arrived punctually and the final outcome of the project has left me extremely pleased.

Luckily, Jeff and Associates were available to handle the necessary carpentry repairs for the decks in our condominium. Jeff is highly responsive and able to work with clients to meet their specific needs. Though some parts of the repair quotes seemed over or underestimated, the end result was a success. Additionally, Joe and Andrew, Jeff's associates, were pleasant individuals and skilled carpenters who completed their work with care and precision.

Jeff was brought on board to assist us in reconstructing our front stairs, which had deteriorated due to the original builders' failure to use pressure treated wood or paint the wood with anything other than primer. Jeff recommended that we replace the risers with composite material to prevent this issue from recurring. The project was completed on schedule and within budget, and Jeff did an excellent job of communicating with us from the time of the estimate to the conclusion of the work. We are delighted with the outcome and would gladly engage Jeff's services in the future.

Jeff and his team are exceptional. Their knowledge, professionalism, and high-quality work are undeniable. Our antique home, built in 1769, posed unique challenges, but Jeff and his team understood and appreciated the quirks of the old structure. Their experience is evident as nothing fazes them; they are problem-solvers who can take on seemingly anything. Initially, we embarked on a small project of enlarging the kitchen window, aware of the issues with the sill, sheathing, and posts of the back wall. However, Jeff recommended that we rebuild a larger section of the wall, which we eventually agreed upon. It turned out to be the right decision as constructing on the old, decayed structure would have caused more complications. Jeff and Bob were meticulous in every detail, starting from the ground up, chiseling the top of the fieldstone foundation to make a level surface for the new sill. They filled in every gap between the stones with mortar and rebuilt the sill using pressure-treated lumber. They even waterproofed the ends of the basement joists and alerted us to the window opening's discrepancies, resulting from the house's sagging. They did an outstanding job filling in another window and framing the mechanicals in a chase. Though the work was done exceptionally well the first time, I sometimes felt as though I wasn't getting two man-days of work. Sometimes it seemed like one worker observed or supervised while the other worked, compared to other teams that tackled different aspects of the project simultaneously. However, Jeff and his team ponder all angles of the project before jumping in, ensuring that the work is done correctly, ultimately saving us from having to redo anything later. Jeff and his team are undoubtedly fantastic at what they do. They would do an outstanding job on a newer house, but if you have an older home and require work done, Jeff and his team are the ones to hire.

In a considerable period, Jeff was among the most skillful carpenters I've employed. He crafted a personalized window casing along with its surroundings, fitted baseboards and edging, and wrapped up the work ahead of time. I plan to enlist his services again for placing my cabinetry.
